Abstract
Abstract A dot riveting tool 10 comprises a pair of pliers with a riveting tip 11 and a die 12 attached to respective jaws. The tip and die may be attached by welding to the jaws. The tool allows one-handed riveting to be carried out. The items which can be accommodated for riveting are a button 13, a socket 14, an eyelet 15 and a stud 16.
