Abstract 1507644 Eyelet setting pliers SCOVILL MFG CO 6 July 1976 [5 Aug 1975] 28107/76 Heading B4W Eyelet setting pliers include a punch 20 mounted on one jaw and a co-operating turntable 22 mounted on the other jaw, the punch being of frusto-pyramidal shape with an annular cutter 28 at its smaller end and the turntable having one flat zone co-operable with the punch for cutting holes in fabric F and a recessed zone for holding a flange of the eyelet E during slitting and rolling of the barrel of the eyelet.
