Claim 1
Independent Claim
93 words
A method of recovering a plurality of peptide or peptidomimetic molecules that home to a selected organ or tissue, comprising the steps of: a. administering to a subject a library of diverse peptide or peptidomimetic molecules, wherein each of said diverse molecules is linked to a tag that facilitates recovery of said peptide or peptidomimetic molecules; b. collecting a sample of the selected organ or tissue; and c. recovering a plurality of peptide or peptidomimetic molecules that home to said selected organ or tissue by isolating molecules comprising said tag from said sample.
