Abstract
Abstract The present invention teaches a fixation screw for securing a graft to a bone. The fixation screw is formed with a body member having a distal end, a proximal end, a central axis, and a cannula through the central axis of the body member. The body member also has a shank portion which is formed with an external screw thread, and a head portion rigidly coupled to the shank portion. The head portion is formed to mechanically couple with a driver and also to directly receive the graft which the fixation screw anchors.
