Abstract An occluding device, comprising an inflatable balloon (1) interconnected through a sphincter (2) with an insertable catheter (3), and an additional balloon (4) accommodated inside the main balloon (1) and having its own catheter (5), whereas one of the balloons has through perforations in the surface thereof.
