Abstract
Abstract Microvesicles are stabilized by the incorporation of a polymer having aliphatic lipophilic groups with a chain of at least six atoms attached to the backbone thereof. Such microvesicles may incorporate a physiologically active substance such as an antigenic material, an anti-inflammatory agent, a hormone, etc.
