Abstract
Abstract An extrusion press head for the extrusion of tubular strands of plastic material includes an outer housing and a stationary mandrel extending coaxially through the outer housing to form with the latter an annular space in which an annular piston is reciprocable. The material to be extruded is fed into the annular space through at least one feed channel which communicates with the annular space through an annular outlet and extending in axial direction of the mandrel.
