Abstract
Abstract This invention relates to an antibiotic preparation comprising a macrolide antibiotic, which is highly stabilized against an acidic solution or acidic substance because of the presence of a polymer component incorporated with the macrolide antibiotic by specific solvent treatment, and to a process for the production of such antibiotic preparation. The antibiotic preparation of this invention overcomes the defect of macrolide antibiotics that they are easily decomposed upon contact with an acidic solution or acidic substance.
