Abstract

Abstract The invention disclosed is for horticultural foam structures prepared by reacting an isocyanate capped polyoxyethylene polyol reactant with large amounts of an aqueous reactant containing seeds or the like. Desirably, the aqueous reactant further includes materials useful or necessary for plant growth. The resultant foam structures provide an effective means for protecting dormant seeds as well as means for sustaining seed germination and plant growth.
