Abstract ELEONGATION-SET POLYURETHANE ELASTOMERIC FIBERS ARE PREPARED BY DRAWING THE FIBER FORMED FROM A REACTION PRODUCT OF A POLYMERIC DIOL HAVING A MOLECULAR WEIGHT BETWEEN 200 AND 8,000, AN ORGANIC DIISOCYANATE AND A GLYCOL AND HEAT TREATING THE DRAWN FIBER TO REDUCE THE ELONGTION TO A VALUE NOT EXCEEDING 150%.
