The pouch having a drain pipe connected thereto and extending to a nozzle inserted into a funnel-shaped sheath and flutter valve forming the inlet of a disposable plastic bag. The nozzle is provided with an enlarged shoulder limiting the positioning of the nozzle in the flutter valve and upon wrapping the sheath about the nozzle with an O-ring slipped thereon against the shoulder a leakproof connection is effected. The plastic bag being placed in a pocket positioned on a garment worn by the person whereby a person may utilize the urinal while walking, sitting and standing as well as reclining.
