Цель изобретени  - без- пункционное удаление содержимого из околоносовых пазух одной стороны и введение в пазухи лечебных средств. Устройство содержит трубку I с баллонами 2 и 3. Трубка 1 армирована пластичным стержнем 8. Баллон 2 закреплен на рабочем конце 9 трубки. Каналы 4 и 5 снабжены невозвратными клапанами 10 и 11 и переходниками 12 и 13 дл  шприца. Устройство ввод т в полость носа. Раздувают баллон 2, который полностью заполн ет носоглотку, а затем - баллон 3, который плотно блокирует ноздрю . Через переходник 14 производ т отсасывание до полного удалени  патологического содержимого. В полость носа ввод т раствор антисептика и создают разрежение.
