Abstract

Abstract PURPOSE:To improve productivity by providing a magnetic flux short-circuit piece to connect a pair of erasing core magnetically, and bonding a back core which is common for a recording/reproducing cores and an erasing core with the recording/reproducing cores and a magnetic body block. CONSTITUTION:Respective cores, spacers, and a slider are bonded with each other by means of glass, to complete a head block. A bobbin around which a recording/reproducing coil is wound is inserted in an L-shaped recording/ reproducing core 1 projecting to the rear of the completed head block, and a bobbin around which an erasing coil is wound is inserted into L-shaped erasing cores 4, 5. Thereafter, the back core 17 is bonded with the recording/reproducing cores 1, 2 and the magnetic flux short-circuit pieces 15, 16, and thus the assembly is completed. Therefore, the number of bonded parts of the back core 17 is only three, hence the time necessary for the bonding is shortened, as well as all the bonded parts come on the same plane. As a result, the stage of applying an adhesive can be easily automatized.
