Magnet pump
Abstract
Abstract PURPOSE:To reduce torsion to a blade, by burying an impeller side magnet in the blade of said impeller so as to reduce weight and moment of inertia in the whole impeller for preventing strip, while bringing the center of gravity in said magnet near a flow passage front face of the impeller. CONSTITUTION:A magnet 28 on the impeller side is buried in a blade part 29 of the impeller 13, thereby weight in the whole impeller is reduced so as to decrease moment of inertia. Accordingly, the impeller easily follows the movement of a drive side magnet 4 for preventing the strip. Besides, torsion to the blade 29 is reduced so that falling of the impeller 13 can be prevented, since the center of gravity of the magnet 28 on the impeller side approaches a flow passage 27 formed on the front face of the impeller 13. Further, the magnet 28 on the impeller side may be larger as far as the position where it crosses the flow passage 27 of the impeller 13 each other, in regard to the direction of a rotation shaft 2 of the impeller 13, thereby it is possible to obtain a large torque.
