Abstract 525,988. Observation mirrors for road vehicles. LUCAS, Ltd., J., and SIMCO, H. V. March 4, 1939, No. 7189. [Class 103 (ii)] To render the mirror waterproof an annular rubber or like sealing ring m embraces the periphery of the reflector a and bears tightly against the adjacent front, rear, and peripheral surfaces of a case. A plate g is soldered over the inner side of the usual hollow boss f forming part of the swivel connection whereby the mirror is secured on a vehicle.
