Abstract The subject of the invention is a piezoelectric resonator provided with an encapsulation device. The latter consists of at least one element cut from the same material as the resonator 1 and with the same crystallographic orientation, for example in the form of two elements 21, 22 in the shape of a dish assembled via a seal on the resonator 1.
