Abstract
Abstract The support part (2) of the assembly device comprises a holder for retaining a tubular element forming a handrail, a lower spar, a railing, etc. The assembly portion (1) and support part are interconnected by a ball joint (4), arrestable in an adjusted position by a coupler (5). Pref. the ball joint consists of spherical extension (6) integral with the assembly portion, or with the support part with a holder (3) for the tubular element, and a pan (7) forming part of the spherical surface coacting with the spherical extension.
