Surgical instrument
Abstract
Abstract The surgical instrument is particularly suitable as a bearing for bile duct prostheses. It comprises a flexible operating cable (203) which has at its proximal end a manually operated device (201) which is designed as a spindle drive and is removable in terms of operation, for an anchorage hook (205) located at the distal end of the operating cable (203). The anchorage hook (205) comprises a wire coil (213) which is surrounded by a tube (221) together with a cable core (211, 217) of the operating cable (203). The tube (221) delimits the cross-sectional diameter of the anchorage hook (205), even in the curved state (205b), essentially to the diameter of the operating cable (203). <IMAGE>
