Abstract
Abstract There is described a heterologous implant which is provided with a channel system starting at a receiving means with outlet openings distributed over the surface of the implant. After insertion of the implant into a body the tissue surrounding the implant can be repeatedly supplied transcutaneously with active substances, for example, growth factors, medicaments, hormones or the like.
