Controllable permanent magnetic power generator - has compensating magnets to reduce magnetic interactions in setting direction
Abstract
Abstract The controllable, permanent magnetic power generator has a setting direction (14) which is normal to the direction of force (6). To reduce the magnetic interaction in the setting direction, a second group of magnetic elements (22, 24) is arranged parallel to the first group (10, 12) such that their action signs are opposite those of the first group of magnetic elements, and the magnetic interactions in the direction of setting subtract from one another while adding in direction of force (6). The advantage of the controllable power generator is that it has its control force kept as small as possible even at high power.
