Abstract
Abstract A holder (9) for artificial heart valves (10-13), of the type that is firmly fixed to the valve, which is intended to be removed first after that the valve is correctly placed or operated inside, by breaking a transportation safety (17) is broken, after which the holder can be removed. The holder (9) is equipped with safety means (20) extending into the heart valve (10-13), which is formed to fit only into a certain definite valve type, valve position and valve size.
