Abstract
Abstract A prosthesis for the replacement of diseased autogenous blood vessels in humans and of a tubular textile construction. The prosthesis includes a braided yarn substrate (10) which is non-crimped and is compacted. The graft also includes an external polypropylene support (8) which wraps around the substrate (10). A method of manufacture is also disclosed.
