Abstract
Abstract A laser micro-surgery system with two or more lasers (71, 72, 73) with different wavelengths has only essentially reflecting optical elements (74, 75, 76, 78, 79, 91) in the optical path so that on changing from one laser to another the target point (92) of the laser light is invariant as the wavelength of the light changes. The output laser beam (43) is in the shape of a hollow cone.
