Abstract
Abstract A device for treating a blood vessel comprises an outer sheath (10) containing, on the one hand, an endoprosthesis (1) whose distal end is equipped with a cord (4), and, on the other hand, a support (9). The distal end of the endoprosthesis (1) is connected to the support (9) in a separable manner by way of the cord (4). The device is used for the treatment of arterial atheroma.
