Claim 2
Independent Claim 59 words
A method for preventing or reducing the risk of a second heart attack in a mammalian species having a substantially normal serum cholesterol level, which comprises administering to a mammalian species having a substantially normal serum cholesterol level in need of such treatment a therapeutically effective amount of an inhibitor of the enzyme 3-hydroxy-3-methylglutaryl coenzyme A (HMG CoA) reductase.
