Abstract
Abstract Disclosed is a fiber-illuminated stylet or probe useful for among other things in assisting in the performance of intubations. The stylet has a handle having a light source from which extends an encased, malleable fiber-optic cable capable of transmitting light to the local area to be seen (e.g. in the vicinity of the epiglottis).
