Abstract
Abstract Poly(1,4-benzodioxepin-2,5-(3-H)dione), poly(1,4-benzodioxepin-2,5-(3-H, 3-methyl)dione), and copolymers of 1,4-benzodioxepin-2,5-(3-H)dione or 1,4-benzodioxepin-2,5-(3-H, 3-methyl)dione and at least one of: a) glycolide, b) (L-)lactide, c) an alkylene carbonate, d) p-dioxanone, e) e-caprolactone, f) 1,4-dioxepan-2-one, or g) 1,5-dioxepan-2-one. Surgical devices prepared from the polymers and copolymers.
