Abstract
Abstract The invention features a static dissipative elastomeric outer coating for an electronic package composite. The coating is characterized by its superior abrasion resistant and electrical properties. The coating chemically bonds with the conductive layer and has superior static dissipative qualities characterized by a surface resistivity in the range of between 10 5 and 10 11 ohms per square.
