Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 13
Claim 1
Independent Claim 92 words
A removable device for discharging urine from ureterostomas, which comprises: (a) a hollow tube having an external diameter which enables part of it to be introduced into the body, the part comprising two branches, each of which is designed to be introduced into a stoma, and (b) a flange around and integral with the hollow tube and located so that said part is between 30 mm and 60 mm long, the flange being provided, on a face which will be towards a patient's body, with a material capable of adhering to skin.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 92 words
A removable device for discharging urine from ureterostomas, which comprises: (a) a hollow tube having an external diameter which enables part of it to be introduced into the body, the part comprising two branches, each of which is designed to be introduced into a stoma, and (b) a flange around and integral with the hollow tube and located so that said part is between 30 mm and 60 mm long, the flange being provided, on a face which will be towards a patient's body, with a material capable of adhering to skin.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 46 words
A device as claimed in one of claim 1, in which the flange is of such a size that it can completely cover an inflow opening of a urine collecting bag and, when the bag is so provided, can cover an adhesive zone of the bag.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 44 words
A device as claimed in claim 1, in which the flange is of such a size that it can completely cover an inflow opening of a urine collecting bag and, when the bag is so provided, can cover an adhesive zone of the bag.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 26 words
A device as claimed in claim 1, in which the part of the tube which passes into the stoma has a smaller diameter towards its end.
Claim 6
Dependent Claim 26 words
A device as claimed in claim 2, in which the part of the tube which passes into the stoma has a smaller diameter towards its end.
Claim 7
Dependent Claim 26 words
A device as claimed in claim 3, in which the part of the tube which passes into the stoma has a smaller diameter towards its end.
Claim 8
Dependent Claim 28 words
A device as claimed in claim 1, in which the hollow tube is provided with lateral perforations near the end of the tube which remains outside the body.
Claim 9
Dependent Claim 28 words
A device as claimed in claim 2, in which the hollow tube is provided with lateral perforations near the end of the tube which remains outside the body.
Claim 10
Dependent Claim 29 words
A device as claimed in claim 3, in which the hollow tube is provided with lateral perforations near the end of of the tube which remains outside the body.
Claim 11
Dependent Claim 28 words
A device as claimed in claim 4, in which the hollow tube is provided with lateral perforations near the end of the tube which remains outside the body.
Claim 12
Dependent Claim 28 words
A device as claimed in claim 5, in which the hollow tube is provided with lateral perforations near the end of the tube which remains outside the body.
Claim 13
Dependent Claim 28 words
A device as claimed in claim 6, in which the hollow tube is provided with lateral perforations near the end of the tube which remains outside the body.
