Abstract
Abstract The reinforced tubular graft structure is particularly adapted for cardiovascular use and is made of collagenous tissue with a reinforcing fibrous structure surrounding the lumen. The fibrous structure comprises a coiled monofilament which can have a textured surface defined by randomly disposed strands of polymer on the outer surface of the monofilament. The coil can be embedded within the collagen or positioned about the collagen to form the graft structure.
