Claim 1
Independent Claim
100 words
A cleaning composition capable of removing at least a flux or flux residue from a ceramic substrate selected from the group consisting of aluminum oxides, silicon oxides, and aluminum silicate which consists essentially of at least about 50% by weight of N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and at least about 5% by weight of a water miscible alkanolamine, and 0 to about 35% by weight of a solvent selected from the group consisting of hydrocarbon solvents, chlorinated hydrocarbons, fluorinated hydrocarbons, and mixtures thereof, and wherein the alkanolamine is miscible with said N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone and is a monoamine, wherein the alkanol group contains 1-4 carbon atoms.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim
Claim 3
