Abstract
Abstract A cis co-ordination compound of platinum having the structure ##STR1## in which X and Y are the same or different ligands selected from halide, sulphate, phosphate, nitrate, carboxylate, carboxylate substituted with halogen and water and A and B are the same or different straight-chain alkyl amines containing at least 3 carbon atoms in the alkyl chain co-ordinated to the Pt through their N atoms, such that the platinum is present as Pt 2+ .
