Abstract
Abstract A group of novel amphipathic copolymers of poly(ethylene glycol) acrylate or methacrylate and methyl acrylate or methacrylate is disclosed. The copolymers are especially useful as thickeners for aqueous latex paints in which the disperse particles of film-forming polymer have a diameter below 0.5 micron.
