A light-sensitive diazo composition which comprises at least one light-sensitive diazonium compound, an acidic stabilizer, and an azo coupling component of the general formula: ##SPC3## wherein R is a lower alkyl group containing from 1 to about 6 carbon atoms and R' is an aralkyl group wherein the aryl portion of the group either is unsubstituted or is substituted with a halogen atom, a lower alkoxy group containing from 1 to about 6 carbon atoms, or a lower alkyl group containing from 1 to about 6 carbon atoms.
