Abstract
Abstract This invention relates to a process for the deposition of a metal coating on the surface of a shaped body of macromolecular material which comprises forming a layer of a noble metal salt solution or dispersion of a film-forming macromolecular material on the surface of a solid support material, HEATING THE COATED SUPPORT TO REMOVE THE LIQUID AND FORM A FILM, TREATING THE FILM WITH A METALLIZATION LIQUID, AND DRYING.
