Abstract
Abstract A polymerized hydrogel comprising a major portion of a) a homopolymer of a glycol monomethacrylate of the formula wherein n 2-3 and m 1-3 cross linked with a small amount of b) a mono- or dialkylene glycol dimethacrylate and copolymerized therewith as a filler therefor up to 35% by weight of component a) cross linked with at least 2% more of component b) then employed for cross-linking component a).
