Abstract
Abstract A confectionary composition and more particularly a chewing gum composition is prepared which is free from both sucrose and artificial sweeteners and which presents a pleasant cooling effect in the mouth of the consumer. The confections of this invention are prepared from compositions containing a major amount of xylitol.
