Abstract
Abstract Osteomyelitis is treated by filling an osteomyelitic cavity with particles of 1-20 mm diameter of a polymethacrylate, polyacrylate or copolymer thereof which is impregnated with gentamycin or other antibiotic. Particles of such antibiotic impregnated polymer joined together by a thread or wire are particularly useful for this purpose.
