Abstract Compounds of the formula WHEREIN R1 is hydrogen, methyl or acetyl, R2 is hydrogen or acetyl, R3 is hydrogen or methyl, Q is oxygen, dimethoxy, diethoxy, ethylene-dioxy or propylene(1,3)dioxy, and X is oxygen or sulfur, AND NON-TOXIC, PHARMACOLOGICALLY ACCEPTABLE ACID ADDITION SALTS THEREOF; THE COMPOUNDS AS WELL AS THEIR SALTS ARE USEFUL AS OPIATE-ANTAGONISTS.
