Claims Analysis

Total Claims: 5
Claim 1
Independent Claim 104 words
A dispenser for packaging two products which must be stored separately but mixed when dispensed, said dispenser comprising an outer container, with each container holding under greater than atmospheric pressure a product substantially absent from the other container, said inner container being provided with closure means which opens to permit mixing of said products in response to a difference between the pressure in said outer container and that in said inner container, and means for releasing the pressure in one of said containers to create such a pressure difference by changing the quantity of a third product under pressure within one of said containers.
Claim 2
Dependent Claim 104 words
A dispenser for packaging two products which must be stored separately but mixed when dispensed, said dispenser comprising an outer container, with each container holding under greater than atmospheric pressure a product substantially absent from the other container, said inner container being provided with closure means which opens to permit mixing of said products in response to a difference between the pressure in said outer container and that in said inner container, and means for releasing the pressure in one of said containers to create such a pressure difference by changing the quantity of a third product under pressure within one of said containers.
Claim 3
Dependent Claim 23 words
A dispenser as claimed in claim 1 in which said pressure relieving means is a valve in the wall of said outer container.
Claim 4
Dependent Claim 36 words
A dispenser as claimed in claim 2 in which said valve is the dispensing outlet for said dispenser and equipped with a signal adapted to indicate whether a gas or liquid is passing through said valve.
Claim 5
Dependent Claim 40 words
A dispenser as claimed in claim 1 in which said inner container is a tube made of flexible material provided with a folded over end which unrolls when the pressure in said tube is greater than that outside said tube.
