Abstract THERMOPLASTIC MOLDING COMPOSITIONS ARE PREPARED FROM A MIXTURE OF A LINEAR SATURATED POLYESTER AND AN A-OLEFIN POLYMER OR COPOLYMER WHICH HAS BEEN TERMINALLY CARBOXYLATED BY CONTROLLED OXIDATION. THESE MIXTURES ARE DISTINGUISHED BY INCREASED IMPACT STRENGTH, GOOD DISPERSION OF THE OLEFIN PHASE, AND A HIGH DEGREE OF STABILITY AND COMPATIBILITY.
