Abstract

Abstract A flueric gas analyzer is disclosed which permits continuous determination of the percent concentration of a specific gas relative to a carrier gas and which provides an instantaneous indication of the results of the determination. In the device, the mixed gas to be analyzed is passed through two independent, cooled dehumidifiers into two independent flueric oscillators. The frequencies of the two oscillators are fluerically mixed, and the resulting beat frequency is measured and processed to provide an appropriate readout of the desired percent concentration.
