Abstract AN INEXPENSIVE IMPACT RESISTANT THERMOPLASTIC RESIN MADE UP OF A BLEND OF STYRENE-ACRYLONITRILE COPOLYMER AND CHLORINATED POLETHYLENE. THE CHLORINATED POLYETHYLENE CONTAINS 30-40% BY WEIGHT CHLORINE AND CONSTITUTES UP TO ABOUT 45% BY VOLUME OF THE RESIN PRODUCT.
