An electrical instrument for medical treatment on moxacautery and acupuncture comprising: a heater casing with an electric heater encased therein, a plurality of star gearwheels mounted on a bracket arm projecting from the bottom of said heater casing, a plurality of rubbing rollers with finely knurled surface mounted on another bracket arm projecting from the top of said heater casing, a projection provided on a surface of said heater casing, and a handle affixed to one side of said heater casing.
