Abstract
Abstract A pharmaceutical composition useful for the treatment of gastrointestinal disorders comprising a diethylaminoethyl cross-linked dextran anion exchanger and a pharmaceutical carrier or another therapeutic agent and a method of treating gastro-intestinal disorders in mammals by the oral administration of such a composition.
