Abstract A FROZEN POULTRY PRODUCT IS PREPARED IN A MANNER WHICH ENABLES EASY ACCESS TO THE BODY CAVITY OF THE POULRTY WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF DEFROSTING. THE POSTERIOR OPENING OF AN EVISCERATED FOWL IS MAINTAINED IN A DILATED POSITION BY INSERTING A TUBE THEREIN, WHICH TUBE MAY CONTAIN GIBLETS, AND THROUGH WHICH THE FOWL CAVITY MAY BE STUFFED.
