Abstract THE INVENTION RELATES TO A DIAPHRAGM PUMP, IN WHICH THE DIAPHRAGM CONSISTS OF AT LEAST TWO INDIVIDUAL DIAPHRAGMS. A SPACE BETWEEN THE TWO INDIVIDUAL DIAPHRAGMS IS COMPLETELY FILLED WITH A HYDRAULIC MEDIUM. THE SPACE COMMUNICATES WITH A HYDRAULIC TANK VIA A CONDUIT CONTAINING A NON-RETURN VALVE OPENING TOWARDS THE HYDRAULIC TANK.
