Abstract
Abstract Gradient analysis apparatus having a chamber provided with a light sensor and a light source directed at the sensor, a flow cell holder detachably supported in a predetermined position within the chamber, and a flow cell detachably held in a predetermined position by the holder and having a gradient passage intersected by a light beam with the gradient constituents being undisturbed in their passage through the light beam.
