Abstract A SYSTEM FOR CONTROLLING FLUID FLOW INTO OR OUT OF THE EYE WHILE OBSERVING THE EFFECT ON INTRAOCULAR PRESSURE. A NEEDLE IS INSERTED INTO THE EYE, AND AN ACCURATELY CALIBRATED PRESSURE FEED SYSTEM INJECTS OR WITHDRAWS THE FLUID, WHILE INSTANTANEOUS READOUT CAPABILITIES GIVE VOLUMETRIC DISPLACEMENT OF FLUID, AND PRESSURE WITHIN THE EYE.
