Abstract PROCESS FOR CHEMICALLY DEPOSITING A PLATING METAL ON THE SURFACE OF A COPOLYMER OF AN A,B-ETHYLENICALLY UNSATURATED MONOCARBOXYLIC ACID IN WHICH THE SURFACE IS FIRST TREATED WITH AN ALKYLENIMINE AND THEN TREATED WITH A NOBLE METAL SALT PRIOR TO THE CHEMICAL DEPOSITION.
